UPB Investments was founded in Chicago by four managing partners with a shared interest and approximately 70 years of combined various experience in the commercial real estate, debt, and financial derivatives markets. Our cumulative experience and track record allows us to provide liquidity to financial institutions in a concise time frame. 

Partners

Neil Linehan, MAI

Neil graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.A. in Economics. He is a MAI designated general real estate appraiser with a focus on income producing properties throughout Illinois. 

Timothy Steed

Tim graduated from the University of Iowa's Tippie School of Business with a B.B.A. in finance and minor in economics. He has spent the majority of his professional career modeling listed options on equity indices, commodities, & treasuries, and purchasing commercial properties in Chicago's Northwest suburbs. 

Ryan Wewerka

Ryan graduated from University of Washington with a B.S. in Psychology. He is a licensed commercial real estate broker in the state of Illinois with a focus on multifamily, mixed-use, and retail properties on Chicago's North side.  

Kevin Conroy

Kevin graduated with a D.D.S. from Loyola University in Chicago. Additionally, he received a Masters in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate Studies from University of Illinois. In addition to running a D.D.S. practice in Chicago, Kevin was also a seat holder at the Chicago Board Options Exchange and worked as a market maker in the equity options markets, as well as owning and managing a portfolio of commercial real estate in Illinois and Wisconsin.
